Returns & Exchanges
How Can I Return A Product?
You have 30 days to return an item in original condition back to us for a refund. If the item is received within 30 days of the receiving date, a full refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please bear in mind that Paypal returns may take up to 10 business days to fully complete the return.
Please check your order immediately upon delivery. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact us within two days upon receipt.
You are welcome to use any postal service of your choosing to get your return back to us. We do not provide free postage on returns.

Original condition means unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with the original tags attached (if the item came with tags). Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box, without damage to the box.
All merchandise damaged in the process of trying it on, including but not limited: to make-up stains, food stains, deodorant markings, animal hair, smoke or perfume odor, WILL NOT be given a refund.
If you receive an item that is the wrong size or fit, and would like to exchange it, please go ahead and order the correct size and send the incorrect size back for a full refund. We cannot guarantee that an item or size will be available by the time we receive your return, so this is the most expeditious way to get the item you will need.

All items purchased on Sales, Clearance, Flash Sales, and any discounts 20% and over are all FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
Out Of Stock and Stock Variations
We restock as many of your favorite items as we can and will usually post the item as a restock on Instagram and Facebook. Sometimes manufacturers will not make a lot of something (like holiday or specialty items), so we suggest getting your favorites as soon as possible, because we cannot guarantee a restock on anything.
We work diligently to ensure that inventory is as up to date as possible. However, during periods of high volume on our website, website inventory will vary from actual inventory. If you are able to order something that has sold out, we will issue you a refund for the sold out item, and send you the remainder of your order.

What Shipping Method Does Perle Use?
We use United States Postal Service; First Class mail service.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and shipping typically takes 3-4 business days. We do everything we can to get your package out same day, but please allow for up to 6 business days to receive your package. If you would like priority 2-day, please add that to your cart. Do You Ship Internationally?
We do not currently ship internationally. We have, and are willing to ship to Canada. If you would like something shipped to Canada, please email us for more information (Paige@perlemarket.com, Cami@perlemarket.com, Sara@perlemarket.com).
We use Paypal for your protection. We do not store, or even have access to your credit card information on this site. Getting your money back for a return can take up to 10 business days. We understand that can be a drag, but we feel VERY STRONGLY about your information being protected by us!
